Every Rest By Me piece is made by hand and packaged with care. We want what arrives at your door to feel considered — from the object itself to the way it travels.

Australia

We ship to all Australian states and territories.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order. Standard and express options are available for most products.

Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days. Once on their way, standard delivery typically arrives within 5–6 business days depending on your location; express within 3–4 business days.

United Kingdom & Europe

We ship to the United Kingdom and across Europe.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Orders shipped to the UK and EU are sent on a DDU (Delivered Duties Unpaid) basis. This means any customs duties, import taxes, or VAT are the responsibility of the recipient and are collected on delivery. Rest By Me is unable to estimate or pre-pay these charges on your behalf. If you have questions about what may apply in your country, we'd suggest checking with your local customs authority before placing an order.

United States

We ship to all US states. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

US orders are shipped DDU. Any import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

Asia

We ship to selected countries across Asia. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

A note on handling

Each piece leaves us wrapped and cushioned for the journey. If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and the object and reach out to us within 48 hours at info@restbyme.com — we'll take care of you.
